Testimonial Video from the Symposium!

Here's the video!  Thanks to my mom for taking it. :-)

I'm so thankful for my parents and their amazing sacrifice to give us Quads life. How could I ever thank them enough for being our defenders when the medical professionals suggested selective abortion? I can't imagine what life would be like without two of my siblings. . . but I'm so thankful I'm alive to imagine, and that my imagining is not a reality. SO grateful for how they sacrificed SO much during pregnancy and the months and years to follow of countless dirty diapers, baby-burping, demanding tummies and screaming babies. :-)  And most importantly, I'm so thankful they raised us up in the fear and love of and for the Lord! Love you both SO much, and I thank God for you!

Thank you all so much for praying for me and my family on our trip to CA, too. We arrived home safely late last night. :-)

Here's a passage that came to mind as I was writing this blog. May it encourage us all to keep our eyes on Christ and what He has done for us.

"Therefore since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off every encumbrance and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with endurance the race set out for us. Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, scorning it's shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider him who endured such hostility from sinners, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart. . ."
(Hebrews 12:2 BSB emphasis added)

Amen!

  1. Well done, Caroline! Thanks for honoring your parents and (by their mention) your brother and sisters. It was good to hear you make the time for that. Thanks also, for sharing from God's word. Those were great verses to take us to. DD

    1. Thank you for your kind comment Mr. Devine. You're very welcome! Those passages have been so encouraging and meaningful to me in the past, but especially as I've seen them come alive recently by God's faithfulness! He is good!
I hope you and your family are well, and we miss you all. May God bless each of you!
      Blessings,
      Caroline

  2. It was such an honor and joy to be there and witness firsthand God's beautiful work in your life to bring you to that point of speaking in front of 60 heroes of the faith! You have such a special testimony to share of God's faithfulness from life's first day to final breath. He is so faithful every day and in every way! You were of great encouragement to us all with your humble honesty about how He is using you in this work with all your feelings of inadequacy. You have sure inspired me with how, in spite of your fears, you have said "yes" to the Lord over and over again. Now, we have all had the joy of seeing God's faithfulness to do His good work in and through you! Just like how He can do in us, if we are willing. Thank you for being such a good example of a willing servant of the Lord! I know it has not been easy, but you have handled it all with such grace and dependence on the Author and Sustainer of Life and all of His abundant resources! And I so appreciated all the Scripture you shared. It was all so encouraging and inspiring! You are now one of my heroes of the faith! :-) I love you so much and am so proud of you!

    1. Oh my dear, sweet, kind and inspiring Momma! You never cease to make me cry happy tears; and the things you said inspire and touch me so much, but I am so undeserving of them. :-) Amen, God's power and faithfulness is amazing, and He is so good to give us the strength and ability to do what He calls us to do, despite or own weaknesses. YOU always inspire ME as you love, nurture and serve your family and especially your heart for orphan care. YOU have said YES to the Lord in many stretching and trying things too, and it's been so amazing seeing Him work in and through you. Thank you SO much for your love, support and encouragement through the past four months!! I could NOT have done this without your constant care, encouraging words and prayers for me. I'm SO thankful for you, and love you SOOOOOO very much!
      Thanking God for you!

  3. Oh Caroline, I am so very proud of you! You are a shining light for our Lord Jesus. Anyone hearing you speak would not have believed how very scared you were when God called you to do this work. Thank you for allowing me to be a prayer warrior for you. I am here to uphold you through whatever God calls you to do. God is smiling because of your faithfulness.
May He continue to pour His blessings upon your life.
    Love, in Christ,
    Linda Mullen~
